After the 2014 Spartan World Championship in Vermont, Spartan held and NBC filmed a "secret" Short Course race with top racers that was supposed to be (but never was) televised by NBC.
In 2014 Spartan Race produced a top-secret Short Course race after their traditional World Championship Vermont Beast Race. It was a spectacle and never to be repeated. Those who were there were sworn to secrecy because NBC was going to televise the event, but nothing ever came of it. After nearly 6 years of waiting around, I'm just going to publish this because it's Hunter McIntyre's birthday and he's publicly asked for the footage.
